2. Song Credits:
Song Title (written by Credits).
Recorded by Recording Credits.
Band name or Performer:
Provide list of musicians and instrument(s).
Link to band your artist site.
3. Story:
Your write-up or connection with the song and Slim.
4. Photo(s):
At least one photo.
The easiest way to send your files, is to put all them in a folder and use the “Send Your Files” widget below – click on select folder. Story and Song credits can be in a text or word document. Please include contact information so we can get a hold of you with questions.
